2023年7月1日，茵梦达（Innomotics）作为独立运营的实体在德国成立。这家电机和大型传动公司整合了低压至高压电机、齿轮电机、中压变频器和电主轴领域等业务，并提供相关的服务和项目支持。公司的运营总部位于德国纽伦堡，目前在德国相关业务的分拆已经完成，全球业务分拆也将于2023年10月1日前基本完成。

茵梦达将覆盖此前西门子大型传动应用事业部、西门子数字化工业集团，以及西门子法律上独立运营的Sykatec公司和Weiss Spindeltechnologie公司的相关业务。茵梦达在全球拥有约15,000名员工，作为电机和大型传动领域的开拓者，其致力于挖掘增长潜力，以确保公司在未来市场上取得成功。
